Peer Review Policy

All manuscripts submitted are subjected to similarity index test. Successful manuscripts are peer reviewed following the procedure as follows: Firstly, this Journal employs a double blind reviewing strategy, where both the Reviewer and Author remain anonymous throughout the process, while reviewers are matched to paper according to their expertise.

On our part, we constantly review and update our data base. Secondly, reviewers are strictly required to ascertain whether the manuscripts submitted are:

1. Original

2. Methodologically sound

3. Meets appropriate publication ethical guidelines

4. Contain results which are clearly presented and support the conclusions provided

5. Correctly referenced in relation to previous relevant scholarly works.

6. Make clear synergy with policy and interrogations of international interests.

Reviewers are NOT expected to correct or copy-edit manuscripts. Language correction is not part of the peer review process. Referees' personal opinions are not required
